AIRTAP™ HYBRID - HARDWIRING
It has been recently discovered that the electrical connections in some units are not tightened properly, causing wire and/or terminal failures. Effective immediately, all installations must be hardwired using the unit's electrical connection. Please follow the hardwiring guidelines below.
We are also in the process of conducting homeowner outreach and coordinating site visits to inspect and repair units already installed. This will ensure that all installed units are wired in accordance with the below guidelines. We will contact all customers who have either registered AirGenerate warranty cards or applied for the Smart Water Heat rebate.
