AirTap™ Approved for $400 Rebate by CIPCO for its Member Electric Co-ops in Iowa

Houston, TX (PRWEB) April 9, 2008 -- AirGenerate™, a heat pump water heater manufacturer based in Houston was informed last week that its flagship product - AirTap™ has been approved for a $400 rebate by Central Iowa Power Cooperative (CIPCO) for its cooperative members and their consumers.

CIPCO is a generation and transmission cooperative serving 12 rural electric cooperatives and one municipal electric cooperative in the state of Iowa. They together serve over 100,000 residential, commercial and industrial consumers. CIPCO's headquarters are located in Cedar Rapids with Operation Centers in Creston and Wilton.

Attendees were able to see the unit working against a conventional electric water heater and discuss potential partnerships with AirGenerate executives.
